Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials to ensure accurate stock control and timely availability of materials for project and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Coordinate material requests and timely deliveries to project sites. Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials. Maintain inventory reports and documentation. Liaise with procurement and project teams to support operational requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in materials or inventory management, preferably in the oil & gas or engineering industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
