Job Description - Medical Sales Representative - Kwara

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation in healthcare with various entities across the world.

This role is however based in Nigeria, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions

Drive prescription generation and product uptake

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage

Organise product presentations and promotional activities

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria

HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field

Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement

Proven sales track record within the region

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
