Network & Technical Support Officer

ZKTeco is a world leading manufacturer of biometrics readers (facial, vein, fingerprint palm) access control, time attendance, turnstiles and barriers, security cameras, metal detectors, car park & vehicle management solutions, X-Ray inspection, integrated security solutions and embedded biometric and radio-frequency identification modules.

• Assist in executing inspection and testing of devices to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality.
• Assist in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Assist in handling updates, upgrades, repair, and other maintenance tasks of hardware
• Assist in designing and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling
• Keep records of customer interactions & feedback
• Provide technical support to customers and clients and advice where necessary 
• Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
• Assist in maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensure network security
• Assist in monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, CCTV, access control, and operating systems.
• Assist in the coordination of technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Assist in overseeing  and manage staff work tools, ensuring they are available as required

• 2-3 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
• Experience in computer networking, networking administration, and installation. 
• Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Ability to diagnose faults, user-testing, and implement required changes.
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installations and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
