Job Description - Office Administrator

Company Description

We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our busy AV and EventsTeam in London. Peachy Productions are a full service technical production company offering total event solutions to it's clients, the candidate should be bright, bubbly with office management experience, computer literate, a good command of english and excellent organisation and communication skills are essential.

 

Job Description

Assist the Office Administration Manager in managing full spectrum of day-to-day office administration functions and duties, including but not limited to, procurement, facilities management, vendor management, office maintenance, office security, and when required, office relocation and renovation, etc.
Ensure quality and efficient provision of administrative services to internal customers
Ensure quality, cost-effective and timely supply of office equipment / facilities / supplies, furniture, and stationery
Coordinate other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects, as required

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or HND in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience; sizable companies is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer servicing skills and ability to handle internal customers and external vendors
Efficient, self-initiated, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-minded
Good command of spoken and written English
Hands-on experience of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
