Job Description - Office Assistant/ Driver

The Office Assistant / Driver will provide reliable administrative support while ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for staff and official assignments. The role requires a disciplined, detail -oriented individual with strong driving skills and the ability to support general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Office Assistance & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office assistance and operational support as assigned

  • Handle file management, documentation, photocopying, and record -keeping

  • Run official errands, including dispatches, purchases, and document submissions

  • Support administrative staff with day -to -day office tasks

 Driving & Logistics Support

  • Safely drive staff for official duties and assigned trips

  • Ensure punctual pick -up and drop -off of staff and materials

  • Plan and follow efficient travel routes, with strong knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle

  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and organizational driving policies



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of O’Level (SSCE or equivalent)

  • Maximum OND

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or structured environment

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license

  • Good command of oral and written English

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Effective time management and punctuality

  • Reliability, professionalism, and discretion

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with Lagos routes and alternative roads
