Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end customer onboarding journey and manage service activation workflows.
  
• Oversee the tracking of customer installations and monitor implementation progress.
  
• Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and support units to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.
  
• Ensure the accuracy and organization of all operational records and documentation.
  
• Supervise project schedules, proactively following up on pending tasks to maintain momentum.
  
• Act as a liaison for vendor coordination and internal operational communications.
  
• Draft comprehensive operational reports and provide regular management updates.
  
• Assist in the management of inventory levels and the tracking of company assets.
  
• Contribute to customer service operations, including the resolution of escalated issues.
  
• Engage in and drive initiatives aimed at continuous operational improvement.
