VACANCY: OPERATIONS LEAD

• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  


• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  


• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to drive accountability and development
  


• Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process optimization
  


• Support business growth by enhancing service quality, brand consistency, and internal productivity
  


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements
  


• Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with organizational strategy
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Administrative Studies, or a related field
  


• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in operations, administration, or management leadership
  


• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational excellence
  


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  


• Proficiency in digital systems and basic financial management principles
  


• Experience in healthcare, veterinary practice, or a service-based organization is highly advantageous
