We are seeking a high -performing Operations Manager to oversee the day -to -day activities of the operations department, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating cross -functional teams, managing operational risks, and driving process improvement to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence across the company.
Your role at HFM:
Supervise daily operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of client transactions and internal workflows.
Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal operational standards relevant to the FX and broader financial services industry.
Work closely with trading, sales, finance, and compliance teams to support seamless and efficient operational execution.
Design and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee transaction processing, fund transfers, trade settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with banks, and payment processors.
Lead and mentor operations staff, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster growth and accountability.
Identify operational risks and implement effective control measures to mitigate them.
Prepare and present performance reports and data -driven insights to senior management to support strategic decision -making.
Drive the implementation of new systems and oversee upgrades to improve operational capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial markets and processes.
Familiarity with operational and legal considerations relevant to the financial services sector.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial operations platforms.
Experience in process improvement methodologies.
Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
