Location: Ikorodu Road, Palmgroove-Onipanu



Work Mode: Onsite



Employment Type: Full-Time



Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM



Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000 Monthly







Job Summary







We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Officer to oversee the company's day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth coordination of activities across Sales, Marketing, and Administration. The ideal candidate will establish efficient processes, improve collaboration between departments, monitor operational performance, and drive accountability to support business growth.







Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate workflow across Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.

  • Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure timely execution of business objectives.

  • Lead and supervise team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Support management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects.






Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree, OND, HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in operations, administration, or business management.

  • Good leadership and people management skills.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project or operations management tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
