Summary
The Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer plays a vital role in securing the financial and strategic backing necessary for the organization to fulfill its mission. This position focuses on discovering, cultivating, and maintaining collaborative relationships and funding sources that drive organizational growth and impact.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for building partnerships and securing resources.
- Conduct research to locate prospective donors, funding avenues, and potential strategic allies.
- Draft concept notes, proposals, and grant applications to secure financial support.
- Foster and nurture strong connections with donors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage donor interactions, reporting processes, and communications to uphold accountability standards.
- Monitor funding pipelines, partnership contracts, and the overall performance of resource mobilization efforts.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective partnership and fundraising strategies.
- Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential funding sources and partners.
- Experience in writing compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
- Demonstrated capacity for relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in coordinating communication and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
