  • Monitor fundraising progress against established targets, promptly identifying any deficits or gaps to enable proactive leadership planning.
  • Identify and vet potential partners, including corporations with CSR initiatives, foundations, development agencies, embassies, and NGOs, preparing detailed prospect briefs for executive review.
  • Develop customized proposals, pitch presentations, and engagement materials, while supporting the Executive Director during pitch meetings and subsequent follow-ups.

  • Maintain a schedule of grant deadlines, drafting and submitting concept notes, budgets, and proposals in collaboration with the Programs and Finance teams.
  • Oversee grant compliance by tracking reporting dates and preparing timely narrative reports for funders.
  • Source and pursue in-kind opportunities, including educational supplies, food, uniforms, technology, venues, and professional services.
  • Help design recurring giving structures with defined tiers that clearly illustrate donor impact.
  • Facilitate the Executive Director's engagement with major individual donors by preparing briefing materials, tracking interactions, and organizing site visits and follow-up activities.
  • Plan and execute both digital and physical fundraising campaigns, such as crowdfunding and social media drives, aligned with key dates like the school term start, admission cycles, International Day of Education, Children's Day, and year-end giving.
  • Manage logistics for fundraising events, including donor visits and community outreach drives.
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance against costs and objectives, sharing insights and lessons learned with leadership.
  • Execute the agreed-upon stewardship strategy to ensure donors receive prompt acknowledgments, regular impact updates, and engagement opportunities like school tours and student narratives.
  • Monitor donor retention rates, re-engage lapsed supporters, and handle routine inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Executive Director as required.
  • Maintain a precise donor and partner database within the CRM, reconciling donation records with the Finance department.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports detailing funds raised, pipeline status, retention metrics, and target achievement.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Programs to produce impact reports, newsletters, case studies, and appeal materials, representing the organization at networking events when authorized.
  • Ensure all student stories, images, and data used in fundraising comply with TMA's consent and anonymity protocols, reporting any concerns immediately to the Child Protection Officer.
