Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize procurement documentation for efficient filing and retrieval.
  
• Gather and structure competitive quotations from various suppliers.
  
• Act as a liaison to facilitate clear communication with vendors and service partners.
  
• Process purchase requests, generate purchase orders, and manage associated paperwork.
  
• Oversee stock levels and ensure accuracy in inventory record-keeping systems.
  
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods and supplies.
  
• Monitor asset locations and maintain up-to-date records regarding asset maintenance.
  
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for internal meetings, training sessions, and field operations.
  
• Manage transportation and delivery schedules as directed.
  
• Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all procurement and logistics materials.
  
• Adhere strictly to the VISTA Initiative's established procurement and logistics protocols.
  
• Execute additional tasks and duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks.
  
• Proficiency in handling supplier communications and gathering quotations.
  
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
  
• Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain procedures.
