Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  


• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  


• Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  


• Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.
  


• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  


• Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
  


• Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
  


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.
  


• Lead and supervise the procurement team.
  


• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis for management
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities
