Program Associate

Summary

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Implementation: Assist in developing project work plans, scheduling activities, and tracking implementation progress. Coordinate and execute project tasks in alignment with approved budgets and strategic plans. Serve as a liaison with community stakeholders, implementing partners, government bodies, and beneficiaries. Help organize workshops, training sessions, and community gatherings. Monitor timelines closely and report any implementation hurdles to supervisors immediately.
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and orderly records, including program files, attendance logs, activity reports, and supporting documentation. Contribute to the drafting of activity reports, meeting minutes, and program updates. Record program successes, challenges, lessons learned, and new opportunities. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management, donors, and partners.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with beneficiaries, community groups, and relevant stakeholders. Help identify community needs and collect feedback regarding program activities. Champion inclusive participation, safeguarding principles, accountability to affected populations, and respect for beneficiary dignity.
  
• Administrative and Team Support: Manage logistical arrangements for program events. Participate actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and organizational learning activities. Execute other reasonable duties related to program implementation as directed.
