Programs Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 1 -3 years of proven experience in program management or a related role, preferably within the
  
• non -profit sector.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and
  
• concisely.
  
• Proven expertise in grant writing and securing funding through compelling proposals aligned with donor
  
• goals while delivering program impact (required).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management
  
• systems for program data.
  
• Experience in research, data collection and analysis to track program performance and improve outcomes.
  
• Innovative, creative, and tech -savvy, with a proactive approach to problem -solving.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced startup environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Access to constant electricity and a reliable internet connection.
  
• Must have a personal laptop or desktop to perform tasks efficiently.
