Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans. Monitor project progress and prepare periodic performance reports. Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization. Identify schedule risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of activities. Prepare project dashboards, forecasts, and progress updates. Support project planning, scheduling, and change management activities. Maintain project documentation and reporting records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in project planning or project controls, preferably in the oil & gas or engineering industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
