The Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure activities are delivered on time, within scope, and according to project objectives. The role involves coordinating team members, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Support the Coordination of project activities and team members.
Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
Identify project risks, challenges, and delays and support corrective actions.
Organise project meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
Monitor project activities against agreed objectives and targets.
Support resource allocation and project administration.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Assist in evaluating project outcomes and preparing lessons learned.
