Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Procurement:
o Develop and execute purchasing strategies to
meet business needs.
o Analyze market trends to identify cost -saving
opportunities.
o Forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
· Supplier Management:
o Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
o Negotiate contracts and favorable terms with
suppliers.
o Build and maintain long -term vendor
relationships.
· Cost Control:
o Monitor and manage procurement costs.
o Implement cost -effective purchasing strategies.
o Identify areas for cost optimization.
· Inventory Control:
o Maintain optimal stock levels.
o Minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
· Risk Management:
o Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
o Develop contingency plans for supply chain
disruptions.
Requirements & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management,
Logistics, or Business Administration.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing or
procurement.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem -solving
abilities.
· Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
· Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a
dynamic environment.

· Achieve measurable cost savings through
strategic sourcing.
· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to
ensure quality and timely delivery.
· Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet
