Our client is seeking to hire a highly result-driven Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking who will be responsible for originating, managing, and growing a portfolio of corporate clients by delivering tailored banking solutions that meet their business needs.







The ideal candidate will drive business development, grow deposits and risk assets, deepen existing client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of the bank's profitability and market share objectives.







Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across key industries.



Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.



Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate customers.



Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the bank's customer base.



Drive the growth of deposits, loans, and other revenue-generating products.



Develop and execute business development plans to achieve assigned financial targets.



Cross-sell the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients.



Conduct financial and credit analysis for new and existing clients.



Prepare quality credit proposals in line with the bank's credit policies.



Monitor portfolio performance to ensure asset quality and profitability.



Proactively identify and mitigate credit and operational risks.



Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.



Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.



Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.



Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational standards.



Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.



Prepare periodic portfolio, pipeline, and performance reports.


Requirements



Key Requirement:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related field from a recognized university.



A postgraduate degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.



5–8 years' relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, or Business Development within the banking sector.



Proven track record in business acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio management.



Experience in credit analysis and structuring of banking solutions for corporate clients.



Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed business targets.



Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services.



Excellent business development and relationship management skills.



Strong credit analysis and financial statement interpretation skills.



Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.



Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.



High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking applications.
