Job Description - Relationship Officers

We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Relationship officers who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Manage the relationships with existing clients with minimal to zero error rate

Â· Develop new business in line with organizational objectives

Â· Drive the sales of in -person and digital investment products

Â· Commit to the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly productivity reports

Â· Cross selling of all products and services within the Group Company

Â· Participate in the development or revamping of products and services for the division in line with the realities of the period

Â· The candidate would report to the team lead.

Â· Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learning speed and a passion for sales

Self -motivated with a results -driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

The candidate must possess proper email and telephone etiquette

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Should be able to work in an agile environment and must be tech savvy
