Research Officer

Role Summary: The Research Officer will support the design, implementation, analysis, documentation, and dissemination of SRHIN’s research and evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and implementation research.
2. Conduct routine data quality checks, cleaning, coding, and secure data management.
3. Draft research reports, manuscripts, policy briefs, abstracts, conference submissions, blogs, and other knowledge products.
4. Contribute to concept notes, grant proposals, budgets, theories of change, logical frameworks, and research plans.
5. Support statistical analysis using relevant software such as R, SPSS, Stata, or Excel.
