Research, Reporting and Knowledge Management Officer

• Draft and support the preparation of inception reports, assessment reports, evaluation reports, training reports and project-completion reports.
• Review project data, field notes, interview transcripts, survey findings and other evidence for report development.
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative findings into clear narratives, conclusions and recommendations.
• Conduct desk reviews, literature reviews and background research for consulting assignments.
• Develop report outlines, templates, tables of contents and document structures.
• Edit reports for clarity, grammar, consistency, accuracy, flow and compliance with client requirements.
• Work with data analysts to accurately integrate tables, charts, figures and statistics into reports.
• Verify references, citations, facts and supporting evidence used in technical documents.
• Prepare executive summaries, policy briefs, case studies, success stories and learning products.
• Support the preparation of expressions of interest, technical proposals and organisational submissions.
• Format documents professionally using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and relevant publishing tools.
• Maintain a structured repository of reports, templates, research resources and organisational knowledge products.
• Track reporting deadlines and support the timely submission of client deliverables.
• Protect confidential research information and comply with ethical reporting requirements.
• Perform other research, documentation and knowledge-management responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
