Job Description - Restaurant Supervisors

o Customer complaints resolution skills

o Restaurant operations capacity, stability and consistency.

o Ensuring Exceptional customer experience

o Proper handling of service items

o Ensures quality & Professional Service Delivery by Team

o Consistently uphold food quality and taste

o Maintain product availability, with zero tolerance to stock out

o Drive and sustain compliance to Health & Safety Standards

Requirements

Minimum of HND / B.Sc with 3 years’
experience
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to multi -task and prioritize work
Leadership skills with the
ability to set and prioritize goals
