Roll Out Manager

 As part of our development, we are currently seeking a TV Broadcast Rollout Project Manager, preferably, (PMP Certified).

Company:

The Roll Out Manager will report directly to the Chairman/CEO. The position will be based in  Nigeria. Travel within and outside will be required.

 Responsibilities:

The Roll Out Manager’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the overall planning and execution of the agreed process flow chart to level 4 breakdown, design & develop organogram including mapping and filling out the proposed positions with persons of right discipline and the right knowledge base to occupy various positions prior to the launch of the News Channel.

The Roll Out Manager would establish roll out plans and allocate required resources whilst overseeing all activities before launch.

Take responsibility for the delivery of the project, managing realistic project timeline, budget, quality and risk plans, lead projects through a complete life-cycle, ensure that all project items are accepted and closed, provide completed documentation, provide a feedback on project task.

Requirements

Proven experience within Broadcast Media;

8-10 years’ experience in the TV Broadcast industry, 4-5 years’ experience as Project Manager with rollouts experience or has held executive management position previously.

A business degree and PMP Certification preferred. Understanding of business oversight functions such as Project Management, HR, Finance, marketing etc. Demonstrable competency in leading projects in the Broadcast Media industry.

Working knowledge of MS Office. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving and understanding the Nigerian business environment is a plus.
