Job Description - Sales and Marketing Executive


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our client base within the security industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience marketing security solutions, manned guarding services, electronic security systems, or related B2B services.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote the company's security services.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business negotiations.

  • Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.

  • Maintain customer records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.






Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or sales.

  • Prior experience within a Security Solutions, Electronic Security, Facilities Management, Manned Guarding, or related service industry is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing business deals.

  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
