Job Description - Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities. Your goal will be to schedule meetings and demos for the sales team by engaging potential customers and nurturing relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to reach potential leads.
  • Research and identify new leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and online research.
  • Engage with prospects to understand and qualify their needs based on the company's ICP.
  • Assess the potential of leads and determine their fit for the company's ICP.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow -ups.
  • Educate prospects about the company's offerings and value proposition.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed and regular reports on lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools.
  • Experience with inbound sales onboarding techniques and tools
  • Understanding the industry and market trends related to the company's products/services.
