We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Represenaive(SDR) to join our team. The Sales Analyst will be the first point of contact with potential clients, reaching out to property buyers, sellers, investors and marketing to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our agents or sales consultants. This plays a vital role in building our client base and accelerating business growth.
Prospect and engage with leads through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as property needs, budget, and timeline.
Schedule consultations and property viewings with our agents or advisors.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (e.g. Zoho).
Follow up with cold, warm, and nurtured leads consistently to keep them engaged.
Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads from campaigns and listings.
Report weekly metrics on outreach, lead progress, and scheduled appointments.
Stay informed about local market trends, listings, and neighborhood developments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or real estate.
Strong phone presence and comfortable with high -volume calling.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Organized, self -motivated, and goal -oriented.
Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., Zoho, MLS, Realtor.com) is a plus.
Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools.
Base salary plus performance -based commissions.
Real estate license support or reimbursement (if applicable).
Ongoing training and development from top -performing agents.
