We are seeking qualified sales representatives to sell the products and services that we are providing. The sales representative should have a strong understanding of the two-way radio industry and the sales process, excelling at generating leads and being responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Sales representatives will oversee penetrating a specific industry, client, or geographic area. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, itâs essential that our sales representative be personable and professional. Weâre looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
