Job Description - Sales Executive (B2B Trade & Market Expansion)

- Identify and onboard buyers,  distributors, importers, manufacturers, and SMEs across Africa.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct product and platform presentations.
- Follow up on prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Support strategic partnership initiatives.
- Meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Monthly Targets
- 25 qualified leads
- 10 buyer onboarding meetings
- 5 new buyer onboardings
- 5 supplier onboardings

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, trade, logistics, or marketplace platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self -motivated and target -driven.

Benefits

- 250,000 monthly base salary
- 5%–10% of net revenue generated from onboarding fees and service packages.
