Job Description - Sales Executive (Event Management Company)




About Company: Our client is a leading event management and rental service company, with a passionate and dedicated team of decorators, event planners, and designers, that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for its clients.



The Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring both corporate and individual clients.







The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.







Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and commercial sectors.



Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.



Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.



Understand clients' event requirements and recommend suitable event management solutions.



Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.



Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.



Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.



Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.



Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.






Requirements



Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.



2+ years' experience in B2B and/or B2C sales or business development, preferably within consulting, interior design, furniture, architecture, fit-out, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries.



Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently meet sales targets.



Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.






Benefits



Compensation: Base Pay is N250k monthly net (slightly negotiable) + commission and other benefits.
