We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead exhibitor sales, sponsorship acquisition, and strategic business partnerships for our portfolio of international trade exhibitions and events.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing B2B sales professional with a proven track record of engaging senior-level decision-makers, navigating long sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. If you are highly motivated, thrive on meeting targets, and possess an established corporate network, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful business growth.
Business Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new corporate business opportunities to expand the client database.
Space & Sponsorship Sales: Drive the sale of exhibition booths, premium sponsorship packages, and strategic branding opportunities to local and international brands.
Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the complete sales pipelineâfrom initial cold outreach and high-level presentations to deep negotiations and contract closures.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with existing corporate clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to bolster brand visibility and generate leads.
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven, verifiable experience in B2B corporate sales, strategic business development, or high-value sponsorship sales within the exhibition/events space, candidates with a background in HVAC or Construction can also be considered
Sales Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, communication, pitching, and presentation skills.
Executive Presence: Proven ability to command the attention of and successfully close deals with C-level executives and senior-level decision-makers.
Self-Drive: Highly resilient, target-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
