About You

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end sales process is properly implemented, consistently followed, and accurately reflected in the company's sales systems.

The ideal candidate will own the tools, workflows, reporting, documentation, and operating discipline that support the sales team. S/he will work closely with the Head of Sales, SDRs, Sales Executives, Account Managers, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to ensure that leads and customer opportunities move through the sales process with clear ownership, accurate information, and defined next steps. The role requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, comfortable with CRM and reporting tools, and confident enough to establish and enforce operating standards across the commercial team.

Job description

  • Implement and maintain the sales process by translating each stage into clear workflows, required information, responsibilities, and exit criteria.

  • Own the companyʼs CRM and sales tools by managing sales stages, required fields, customer ownership, activity tracking, reminders, dashboards, and reports.

  • Drive sales process adoption by ensuring SDRs, Sales Executives, and Account Managers consistently follow agreed workflows and documentation standards.

  • Maintain pipeline discipline by identifying stale leads, overdue follow-ups, incorrectly staged opportunities, incomplete records, and opportunities without clear next steps.

  • Develop regular sales reporting covering sales activity, meetings, qualified opportunities, onboarding, first transactions, repeat transactions, and pipeline performance.

  • Provide actionable sales insights by identifying conversion gaps, process bottlenecks, customer drop-off points, performance risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support sales forecasting by maintaining an accurate view of active opportunities, expected transaction dates, potential volumes, and probability of conversion.

  • Improve handovers across teams by ensuring the required information is properly transferred between SDRs, Sales Executives, Compliance, Treasury, and Account Managers.

  • Track customers through onboarding and first transaction by highlighting delays, blocked applications, and approved customers who have not started transacting.

  • Maintain sales documentation and training materials including process guides, CRM instructions, reporting definitions, templates, and playbooks.

  • Support performance and incentive reporting by ensuring the underlying sales data is complete, accurate, and consistently recorded.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, business operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience managing or administering a CRM, including workflows, sales stages, dashboards, and reports.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, conversion tracking, forecasting, and customer ownership.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert sales data into practical business insights.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to establish and enforce operating standards.

  • Experience developing sales processes, operating procedures, training materials, or playbooks.

  • Comfortable working across sales, account management, compliance, treasury, operations, and leadership teams. Experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, financial services, logistics, trade, import/export, or B2B sales operations is a plus.

  • Understanding of cross-border payments, supplier payments, transaction corridors, or international trade is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Performance-based incentives.

  • Hybrid work schedule.

  • Pensions and Health Insurance.

  • Collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Why you should join our client

  • Join a fast-growing cross-border payments company serving real business needs.

  • Gain exposure to fintech, FX, international payments, customer success, and B2B relationship management.

  • Play a key role in growing customer accounts and improving customer experience.

  • Opportunity to grow into a Senior Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Customer Success leadership role based on performance.
