Job Description - Sales Representative - Dealer & Retail Channel

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow the company's dealer and retail partner

network across Lagos. This role sits at the center of our channel expansion strategy — finding,

onboarding and activating the dealers, retailers and referral partners who sell and support the company's broadband products in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new dealers and retail partners within an assigned Lagos territory

- Pitch, onboard and register new partners onto the company's partner program

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing dealers and retailers

- Equip partners with sales materials, product knowledge and pricing to drive front-line sales

- Track partner activity and report on leads generated, conversions and installations

- Meet monthly targets for partner recruitment, activation and qualified lead generation

- Resolve partner queries and escalations promptly, liaising with internal teams as needed

- Represent the company at retail-level and street-level BD activities within your territory.

Requirements

Requirements

- Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or field sales role

- Experience in telecommunications, or FMCG channel sales is an advantage, but not

compulsory

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-management skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field-based, on-the-ground work

- Familiarity with the assigned Lagos territory (e.g. Ikeja, Lekki, Yaba/Surulere, VI/Lagos Island,

or Apapa/Festac)

- Basic smartphone/computer literacy for lead capture and reporting
