Job Overview:

Our client, a leading solar energy company in Nigeria, is seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative(Solar Energy) to drive sales and customer acquisition across Lagos, Ilorin,Calaabar, Benue, Kaduna and Abuja.

Job Description:

• Identify and engage prospective residential and commercial customers within assigned territories.
  


• Promote and sell the company's solar energy products and solutions.
  


• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and customer engagements.
  


• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  


• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  


• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
  


• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
  

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
  


• Experience in the solar, renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, or related industry is an added advantage.
  


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  


• Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
