Senior OR&A Engineer

• Provide technical expertise and
  manage delivery for OR&A projects, ensuring industry best practices.
  
• Support punch listing and closeout.
  
• Execute Commissioning &
  Start -Up and Pre -Commissioning/Commissioning Execution Plans.
  
• Drive Flawless Start -Up.
  
• Interface with Senior CSU Lead for
  alignment.
  
• Support Project to Asset Handover.
  
• Provide QA and coaching on systems
  acceptance.
  
• Drive Flawless Project Delivery
  for cost -effective and quick
  ramp -up.
  
• Collaborate with project and
  operations to develop SU team skills. Drive peer reviews on start -up and operating
  procedures.
  
• Meet commissioning and start -up
  milestones.
  
• Liaise with Deepwater projects and
  contractor teams.
  

Requirements

• Technical Degree or equivalent
  with 7+ years experience in the gas and oil industry. Extensive operations
  readiness and assurance experience in small and large, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
  
• Strong technical communication
  skills and ability to interact with project, contractor, and asset teams.
  
• Capable of providing direction on
  OR&A planning and reporting. Good understanding of instrumentation,
  mechanical, electrical, operations, construction, commissioning, and start -up.
  
• Knowledge of plant safeguarding
  systems for risk evaluation.
