Responsibilities:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent Univacity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven success in sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation and networking abilities.
Self -motivated and results -driven mindset.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
