Job Description - Station Manager

Summary

This position is dedicated to managing the comprehensive daily functioning of the station, with a primary focus on leading the team and driving overall operational excellence. The incumbent serves as the central point of authority for all station activities, ensuring that business objectives are met through effective leadership and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to all station personnel while managing day-to-day operational workflows.
  • Oversee inventory control, monitor sales performance, and conduct precise cash reconciliation procedures.
  • Guarantee strict adherence to all safety protocols and established company policies across all activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and managing service escalations.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management for strategic review.
