Strategic Partnership Officer

Job Brief: The Strategic Partnership Officer is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, institutions, donors, and collaborators that align with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, nonprofits, and institutions.
- Develop proposals and partnership pitches tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with current partners through regular updates and reports.
- Represent the organization in partnership meetings and events.
- Support grant applications and fundraising efforts in collaboration with the programs and fundraising teams.
- Track and evaluate the outcomes of partnership engagements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Law or any related field
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proposal writing or donor engagement experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills are necessary for securing favorable terms.
