Job Description - Studio Head / Architect

Our client, an Architectural firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architect to lead our design office as Studio Head. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong track record in architecture and design office management. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on contemporary design and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design studio, overseeing all architectural projects from concept to completion.

Develop and implement design strategies that reflect contemporary trends while adhering to industry standards.

Foster innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the design team.

Manage client relationships and ensure projects align with client needs, budgets, and timelines.

Oversee project presentations, branding, and marketing efforts to strengthen the studio’s presence in the industry.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice with a proven track record in design office management.

Full NIA membership (preferred but not essential).

Strong portfolio showcasing contemporary design and innovative projects.

Extensive knowledge of best practices in architecture, design processes, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
