System Specialist

JOB
OBJECTIVE(S)                                                                  

§  Ensure smooth running of Operations, purchases and
maintenance of office infrastructure.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Maintenance
of computers and networking devices.

§  Respond
to inquiries and requests and provide technical assistance on PC systems,
related hardware and software and standard applications.

§  Train
staff members on standard software applications; demonstrate methods and
techniques for advanced uses of software packages.

§  Install,
troubleshoot, and support PC/server hardware and software; install and
configure software upgrades; configure and perform tuning of operating
systems to enhance PC performance; install and configure network interface
and Internet connections; diagnose network cable and configuration problems.

§  Coordinate
a variety of information Systems projects, such as a new system installation
for a department; conduct needs assessments, and hardware and software
research and evaluation.

§  Maintain
I.T budget.

§  Advice
the management on all information system related issues.

§  Act
as Administrator to all web applications and softwares (Official website,
Accountable, Microsoft Office Suite, Email Server, Zoho Recruit, Zoom)

§  Keep
abreast of current trend in information and technology space.

§  Other official tasks assigned

Education

§  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Information Management System or relevant course.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a System
Specialist
