Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to promote products and services.
  
  


• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  
  


• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  
  


• Record customer orders, interactions, purchases, payment methods, and feedback.
  
  


• Process customer purchases in line with company procedures.
  
  


• Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
  
  


• Manage customer accounts and build relationships that encourage retention and repeat business.
  
  


• Handle customer objections using approved sales scripts and close sales.
  
  


• Develop strong knowledge of Koolboks products to provide tailored recommendations.
  
  


• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
  
  


• Perform additional duties that support sales growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven telesales experience.
  
  


• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  
  


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  
  


• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  
  


• Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
  
  


• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
  
  


• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  
  


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
  


• Target-driven, customer-focused, proactive, and persistent.
