Visual Design Associate

Job Summary:
The Visual Design Associate will support the organization's branding and communications by creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms that effectively communicate programme activities and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for social media, reports, presentations, and campaigns.
Develop infographics, brochures, flyers, and other communication materials.
Support video editing and simple motion graphics production.
Ensure consistency with the organization's visual identity and branding.
Collaborate with programme teams to produce creative campaign materials.
Prepare artwork for digital and print publication.
Organize and maintain the organization's digital design assets.
Perform other graphic design duties as assigned.
