Waitress

We are seeking polished, professional, and experienced Waitress who has worked in an upscale dining environment. She must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
    •    Provide exceptional table service in a fine dining setting
    •    Greet and attend to guests professionally and courteously
    •    Present menus, explain specials, and make informed recommendations
    •    Take accurate food and beverage orders
    •    Serve meals and drinks according to high service standards
    •    Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
    •    Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
    •    Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
    •    Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements
    •    Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a waitress in a high-end, fine dining establishment
    •    Strong knowledge of fine dining service etiquette
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Well-groomed, professional appearance
    •    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    •    Strong attention to detail
    •    Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
