• At least 2 years of experience in full stack or tech stack development
  
• Proficiency in a broad range of web development and tech stack tools (HTML, Python, Java, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, PHP, MySql, React Git, etc.)
  
• Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching skills
  
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience in developing comprehensive course curriculum and teaching materials
  
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training junior web developers, software developers or software engineers.
  
• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be beneficial
  
• Ability to multitask, work as a team and meet strict deadlines.
