The User Services Intern plays a vital support role within the User Services department at SunFi, contributing to the organization's mission of delivering high-quality services through both digital platforms and offline channels. This position focuses on fostering continuous engagement with users to gather feedback and improve service delivery. The intern will assist team members in executing core functions, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the resolution of technical challenges faced by customers.
Responsibilities
Facilitate team operations by managing documentation, conducting audits, and handling relief tasks.
Perform quality assurance and control checks on installed solar energy systems to ensure compliance and performance.
Execute routine and supplementary activities that support the broader objectives of the User Services unit.
Provide assistance in diagnosing and resolving technical issues encountered by customers.
Requirements
Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.
Possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in areas such as technical project management, document control, or business process management, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities honed through previous roles in similar environments.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a specific focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Show competence in utilizing Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with project management and communication platforms such as Zoho, Monday.com, or Slack is considered a distinct advantage.
Display effective verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity for active listening.
Maintain a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and managing time efficiently.
Apply solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a positive, open-minded attitude.
Show attention to detail and the ability to multitask while adapting to additional responsibilities aligned with team goals.
Exhibit a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role.
