We are looking for someone with experience working in a kitchen who would like to join our team at O’Learys Hemsedal for the winter season.

As a chef with us, you will be part of the daily kitchen operations and be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food to a consistently high standard. You will follow our recipes and procedures and need to be able to maintain structure and quality even during busy periods.

Our kitchen team is relatively small, and we work closely together. That’s why we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and understands the importance of supporting those around you.

The responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our menus and recipes

• Ensure consistent quality of all food leaving the kitchen

• Follow O’Learys procedures, guidelines, and concept

• Receive and quality-check deliveries to the kitchen

• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures

• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised

• Work in a structured and efficient manner, even during busy periods

• Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure a smooth workflow

• Contribute to a positive working environment and a strong team

We are looking for someone who:

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen

• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Take initiative and see what needs to be done

• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the kitchen

• Understand the importance of quality and creating a great guest experience

About the job:

Employment rate: 75–100%
Employment type: Seasonal position
Period: Winter season 2026/2027
Working hours: Mainly evenings and weekends; lunch shifts may also occur
Location: Hemsedal

Staff accommodation may be available for rent.
