We are looking for ambitious finance and business development analysts who want to contribute to value creation and strategic decision-making across Vår Energi:
Depending on your background and development path, you will contribute to financial analysis, evaluation of business cases, M&A assessments, strategic projects, capital markets activities and performance follow-up.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and gain exposure to key business decisions, company strategy and executive management. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad business understanding while working on projects that shape the future direction of one of Europe's fastest-growing energy companies.
You are a curious and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset and a willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational tasks. You are eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone when needed.
You enjoy working closely with decision-makers, contributing to discussions and challenging assumptions through facts and analysis. You are resilient, collaborative and able to perform under pressure when priorities shift and business demands increase.
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are motivated by continuous learning, value creation and business impact. You should also have an interest in how digital technologies, data analytics and Artificial Intelligence can support better decision-making and business performance.
