Join our growing Instrument team in our state-of-the-art offices in Jåttåvågen in Stavanger

We are strengthening our Instrument organization in Stavanger and are looking for Instrument Engineers who want to develop their skills in a highly competent and collaborative environment.

As part of our cluster-based organization, you will work across projects, disciplines and technical domains while developing expertise within your chosen field. We are investing heavily in digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working, and we are looking for engineers who want to contribute to the future of engineering execution.

There are multiple positions available.

What will you be doing?

• Work in modification, maintenance and energy projects for major industry clients.


• Participate in multidisciplinary engineering teams.


• Contribute to instrument, automation and control system engineering.


• Support development of smarter and more efficient engineering processes.


• Explore opportunities within digitalization, programming and AI.


• Build broad technical competence across multiple instrument disciplines.

Typical tasks may include but not limited to:

• Field instrument engineering.


• Automation and control systems engineering.


• Fire & Gas systems engineering.


• Instrument and valve specification.


• Cable sizing and calculations.


• Layout and installation design. 


• Technical procurement support.


• Preparation of MTOs, requisitions and work packages.


• Offshore surveys and site verification.


• Supplier and client interaction.


• Contribute to development and implementation of digital engineering tools and work processes.


• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation of engineering activities.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and disciplines.

We think you should have:

We think you should have

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.


• BSc or MSc within Instrumentation, Automation, Cybernetics or similar.


• Strong willingness to learn and develop.


• Interest in digitalization, AI, programming and new technology.


• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.


• Curiosity and motivation to challenge and improve existing work processes.


• Interest in developing broad multidisciplinary competence alongside technical specialization.
