Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

Join our growing logistics team in Tananger

Due to increasing customer demand and continued business growth, we are looking for new colleague to join our Logistics team in Tananger. Whether you have experience in logistics, warehouse operations or forklift driving, or you're motivated to build a career in logistics - we'd like to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical work, being active throughout the day, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. As part of our close-knit logistics team, you'll be responsible for pipe handling, loading and unloading trucks, and registering equipment in our ERP system while contributing to a safe and efficient operation.

About Us

Tuboscope Norge AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of NOV, a global provider of technology, equipment, and services supporting the energy industry worldwide. Tuboscope specializes in the inspection, maintenance, and treatment of drill pipe and drilling equipment.

With approximately 150 employees across Stavanger, Kristiansund, Florø, and Mongstad, our Tananger facility focuses on drill pipe services and technical support. You'll join a small logistics team where collaboration, trust, and teamwork are part of everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport drill pipe and other equipment 


• Perform pipe handling, including slinging and safe storage of materials 


• Register equipment and inventory using our ERP system 


• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently 


• Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy work environment 


• Work closely with colleagues to support daily logistics operations 
  
   

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar hands-on environment 


• Forklift certificate (T1–T4) 


• Basic digital skills and confidence using computer systems 


• Good communication skills in English 

Additional Qualifications 

• Forklift certificates T4–T8 


• Driving licence Class B and T 


• G11 Slinger & Signaller certificate 


• Vocational qualification in Logistics 


• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
