Are you passionate about telecom, commercial strategy, and turning customer needs into scalable solutions? At Telavox, we’re shaping the future of communication, and we’re looking for a Mobile Wholesale Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial side of our mobile wholesale business.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and telecom, managing commercial agreements, pricing, platform providers, and customer deliveries. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and our MVNO and Service provider customers to ensure that new functionality, commercial initiatives, and customer developments are delivered successfully.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, connecting the dots across different stakeholders, and turning commercial opportunities into reality.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Managing commercial agreements with value-added service providers, including BankID, credit checks, invoicing, websites, mobile apps, and other customer-facing services

• Managing relationships with key platform providers, including BSS and connectivity platforms, to ensure the delivery of functionality and features for Wholesale customers

• Coordinating invoicing processes for Wholesale customers together with relevant internal and external stakeholders

• Supporting the SVP Connectivity and BSS with trend analysis and commercial insights across existing and new customer segments

• Owning and communicating pricing for existing and new Wholesale customers, including pricing changes and commercial updates

• Managing the generation, negotiation, and ongoing maintenance of commercial agreements with Mobile Wholesale customers

• Owning projects related to the onboarding and delivery of new Wholesale customers

• Leading major customer developments and coordinating stakeholders across commercial, product, technology, and operations

• Identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, customer offerings, and ways of working

• Working cross-functionally to ensure that commercial requirements are translated into scalable technical and operational solutions

• This role is part of the leadership team of Customer Service Delivery (CSD) and reports directly to the CSD Director. The role will be based out of our Oslo office, the centre of gravity of our mobile wholesale business.

About you

You are a commercially driven and structured professional who enjoys working in a complex, cross-functional environment. You’re comfortable taking ownership of commercial relationships and projects, while also understanding the technical and operational dependencies behind telecom products and services.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy bringing different teams and external partners together to solve problems and deliver results. You’re analytical, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and hands-on execution.

You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional Product Manager background. What matters most is your understanding of telecom, commercial agreements, customer delivery, and your ability to take ownership and drive things forward.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in telecom, mobile, SaaS, or another technology-driven environment

• Strong commercial experience, ideally within telecommunications or subscription-based businesses

• Experience managing commercial agreements, suppliers, partners, or strategic customer relationships

• Experience with pricing, commercial models, or revenue-related initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally

• Experience managing projects or customer implementations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and commercial risks

• Comfortable working with technical concepts and collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, and external platform providers

• Fluent in English and Norwegian

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Structured, proactive, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment

• Academic degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is a plus

• Experience from MVNO, BSS, connectivity, or mobile services is a strong plus
